The KYN28A-12 metal clad movable AC switchgear services in the electric power system of rated voltage of 10kV three-phase AC and 50Hz to receive and distribute power and function as circuit control, protection and monitoring.

Working conditions:

1 Ambient temperature: -15~+40

2 Relative humidity:

Daily average is no more than 95%;

Monthly average is no more than 90%;

Daily average of saturated water vapor is no

more than 2.2×10-3Mpa;

Monthly average of saturated water vapor is no

more than 1.8×10-3MPa.

3 Altitude: 3000m and below

4 Earthquake intensity: No more than magnitude 8

5 No operating in such position subject to corrosive or flammable gas and water vapor.

6 No operating in such place subject to severe vibration.

Structure features:

1 The structure of switchgear is shown in Fig.1.

2 Fully-metal clad, structure of assembly type, flexible combination scheme

3 The cubicle body is made of aluminum-zinc thin steel plate, which is processed by FMS and advanced multiple fold craft and then connected by rivet and high-intensified bolt. It features high accuracy, corrosion-resistant, light weight, high strength and interchangeability.

4 It can be fitted with ZN63A-12 series or imported VD4 series vacuum circuit-breaker and has such advantages as wide applicationhigh reliabilitylong time of non-maintenance.

5 The trolley has two positions: working and testing. At each position there is a locator and a indicator device, so as to ensure a safe and reliable operation.

6 Trolleys with same specifications can be interchanged freely.

7 The special carrier transports the trolley easily and flexibly.

8 Up to nine single-core cables can be arranged in the cable chamber.

9 High reliable interlocking devices.

10 The pressure relief channel in every high-voltage chamber assures the security of personnel.
