The main insulating material of the SG 10 Un-packed "H"Level power transformer is an insulating system based on Nomex paper . The HV&LV coils were insulated by Nomex pater. It has been vacuum immersed by "H"level Non-solvent insulation paint and treated by high temperature. It can be kept in and excellent electronic and mechanical features during the whole transformer's life. Due to the Nomex is not easy to ageing,withstand contraction and anti-press,the coil of the transformer will be still com-pact and withstand the pressure of short circuit after several years operating. The no-load loss is 20% and 25% lower than the specification in GB10228-1997. It is a kind of environmental product, which has a low loss and low voice. It has been widely used in subway, high building,airports and any other places.
